What We're All AboutInternet Continuing Education (InetCE) provides free, continuing education to pharmacists 24 hours a day through the World Wide Web. InetCE grew out of a need for relevant, continuing education in healthcare and to make it accessible to pharmacy practitioners in various practice settings. This format provides convenient instruction, on-line testing, evaluation, and certification. Continuing education examinations are graded automatically and, if successfully passed, the user can print the statement. InetCE's editorial board and content reviewers review articles before they are offered for pharmaceutical continuing education credit. InetCE was conceived of and developed by the team of Ulric Chung, M.C.S., Ph.D. (consultant); Janet A. Loesberg, Pharm.D. (Pfizer); George E. MacKinnon III, M.S., R.Ph. (Midwestern University); and David J. Slatkin, Ph.D. (Midwestern University). Funding for InetCE is supported through an educational grant from Pfizer, Inc., US Pharmaceuticals Group. |
