It can do wonders to a business environment with active employees which shows in more work outcome. Organize small events for employees where they can get their families. This way you will be mixing family and professional lives. Competitions have the tendency to get the best out of employees. It can lead to productive work environment and small rewards will have great appreciation from the employees.
